Levy Fact Sheet: Q & A

Methow Valley Schools LevyLast week, you should have received a MV Schools Levy Fact Sheet in your mailbox.

It highlights two replacement levies – the Maintenance and Operations and Capital Projects-Technology levies. Voters will decide on both during the upcoming special election ballot on February 9. If passed, they would replace two voter-approve levies from 2012 that are set to expire. Together, they represent approximately 28 percent of the annual operating budget for the Methow Valley School District.

At this time, we want to share answers in response to some of the frequently asked questions about the Maintenance and Operations and Capital Projects-Technology replacement levies. We encourage you to review the MV Schools Levy Fact Sheet: Q & A.

If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact superintendent, Tom Venable at (509) 996-9205.
