Participating in a sport? Come to Liberty Bell Junior/Senior High on Saturday, August 13 between 8 a.m. – Noon for a FREE sports physical.
A valid sports physical is required for participation in Liberty Bell Athletics, and a great idea for anyone participating in youth sports. Participants are asked to bring a completed physical form to the event if at all possible. Forms can be picked up from Family Health Center, Aero Methow, and the MVSD District Office. If the physical form is filled out on-site, a parent will need to be present to provide their signature.
