Methow Valley Elementary School has selected Georgia Darwood to serve as the new MVES Secretary. Beginning in the fall, Georgia will fill the vacancy created by Bri Sullivan’s resignation at the end of the school year.
When asked about the change, MVES principal Bob Winters stated, “We will dearly miss Bri Sullivan and wish her the very best as she leaves to pursue further schooling. At the same time, we are excited to have Georgia join Stacey Cooley in the office. I’m confident they will be an exceptional team.”
Many of you know Georgia already; her roots here in the Valley are deep and wide. She brings a great deal of experience to our office team, a demeanor some have described as “unflappable”, and a big heart for children and those of us who spend our days with them.
Please join us in congratulating Georgia Darwood!
