Parent University Presents Mindfulness for Parents with Ann Hollar

Dear Methow Valley Parents,

Please consider joining us for the next virtual Parent University event on Wednesday, December 16 at 5:30 p.m., featuring mindfulness expert Ann Hollar.

Ann is a mindfulness instructor in Seattle. She has an M. Ed from the University of Washington and currently teaches mindfulness to parents, teachers, and students in both public and private elementary, middle, and high schools. She is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor through Mindful Schools. During this event, you will learn some mindfulness skills and practices to help stay connected to your elementary, middle or high school students.

Due to online platform capacity, advance registration is required, but there is no cost associated with your ticket. All sessions are free to Bush parents/guardians and the greater Seattle and Methow parent/guardian communities. Learn more about Parent University.

Missed the first event? On November 4, we kicked off our virtual Parent University series with an empowering and timely discussion with author Eric Liu, who spoke about the importance of raising civic-minded children and the power of character, community, and the collective. Listen to the Nov 4th recording.
