• GAMES CLUB (Mondays, April 12 – TBD)
Create a character and have fun with Dungeons and Dragons. You’ll create a story with the help of an eight-sided die and a skilled dungeon master. Watch out for orcs! Meetings held in the LBHS library.

• COOKING CLUB (Tuesdays/Thursdays, April 12 – 23)
Learn cooking techniques while making (and eating) delicious dishes. Sign up now for a new two week session. Meetings are held in the foods classroom and the club is led by Ms. Amy Pasley.

• DIALOGUE CLUB (Mondays, Starts April 19)
Dialogue Club is a space and time dedicated to learning through conversation. As a group, we will examine and discuss questions and ideas that are important to club members. We will engage with short texts, most often writings from Plato, as a way of challenging our ideas and thought processes. This club will be a space to challenge what we know. It will be a time dedicated to practicing the expression and articulation of our thoughts. It will be an opportunity to become a more skilled listener. Sign up to have some thoughtful conversations in the sun! Meet on the lawn at LBHS.

• MOUNTAIN BIKING CLUB (Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays, Starts April 13)
Mountain Biking Club is back! The spring club will have some differences from last fall’s Mountain Bike club in some key areas. While last fall’s only focus was to get out and ride with our friends, the spring club will have a training focus. There will be outside opportunities to get out and try your skills at some races. Racing is not a requirement, however, and anyone interested in joining the team for regular rides is welcome.  We will hold training practices three days a week as we did in the fall. We will split up based on abilities with coaches that will help you improve your skills. Some sessions will likely involve trips to nearby trails, but most sessions will be held right on the MVSD campus. Meet in the LBHS West Partking Lot.

• VOLLEYBALL CLUB (Mondays/Thursdays, Starts April 12)
Join coach Greg Knott and Beth Blank for Volleyball Club at LBHS, starting April 12th and running through May 13th. Volleyball Club is open to students 6-12 with sessions twice a week (Monday and Thursday, 3:30-5:00) in the Mountain Lion Gym. This will be a great chance for volleyball players to build skills under the guidance of some fantastic coaches, have fun, and keep fit and active.
