We are thrilled to offer a range of clubs and activities designed for students in grades 6-12, offered free of charge, thanks to funding support from the Public School Funding Alliance.
Our clubs and activities provide students with the opportunity to stay active, learn new skills, and connect with peers, all in a safe, well-managed environment. With the exception of Wednesday clubs, all activities will start at 3:30 p.m. and wrap-up around 5:00 p.m.

Bus service is available to Winthrop (Red Barn) and Twisp (Community Center). The bus arrives in Winthrop at approximately 5:15 p.m. and in Twisp at approximately 5:25 p.m. On Wednesdays, there will be additional bus service:

Mountain Lion Club Descriptions
Grades 6 – 12 • Tuesdays, 3:30 – 5 p.m. • Begins December 11th in the Library
Interested in learning about Anime, from its cultural origins and history to contemporary highlights of the genre? Come hang out with Liberty Bell Librarian and Media Integration Specialist Ms. Annika Troyer, who will be sharing her knowledge and screening some of the best Anime available today. Students will come away with a better knowledge and appreciation of Japanese language and culture, and be encouraged to pursue their interest in creating Anime or Anime-inspired art.

Explore the world of role-playing games with Gamesmaster Phil Quevillon. This club is on-going but registration is open and spots are available!

SOFTBALL SKILLS CLUB
Grades 6 – 12 • Wednesdays, 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
Interested in working on softball skills and getting ready for the season? Softball skills club will give students the chance to train indoors, practicing pitching, batting and throwing.
Grades 6 – 12 • Wednesdays & Fridays, 3:30 – 5 p.m.
Want to stay fit, active and ready to ride? In keeping with DOH requirements pertaining to athletic activities, testing or proof of vaccination is required for participants.
